We had a backup in the basement floor drain and based on many positive reviews on Nextdoor, I called Plumb It Best. I spoke with Scott who explained the various methods of treatments and that possibly someone could come by later that day. James and Trey arrived later in the afternoon, they looked at the issue and went to work immediately. They were very professional and answered all my questions. The work was completed in under an hour and they cleaned up the work area before leaving. I would not hesitate to call Plumb It Best again, and highly recommend them. Thank you Scott, James and Trey.
I wish there was a plumber this knowledgeable, thorough, honest, professional, and kind where I live. My daughter has been using Plumb It Best for over a decade and I've seen when I'm visiting how wonderful their services are and the excellent quality of their work. They really know what they're doing, get the job done correctly the first time, and have very fair pricing.
Great experience with Plumb It Best. These guys are fast and do the job well. Extremely polite, honest and professional! Had a drain unclogged and was very happy with the service. They have all the tools to get things done in a timely manner and do not sit there and try to charge up for labor. Very reasonable service charge. I would hire these guys again in a heart beat!
Also used to replace my water heater, called monday, quoted, done tuesday bang in the middle of the expected time window and set up, cleaned up and running in less than an hour. Great service! Another sump pump replacement done quickly, professionally and at a good price with good service! Still doing great work! Came out at 2am and replaced my dying sump pump fast enough to avoid flooding my basement. Good service, courteous and professional. Answered the phone at 1am when many of the more heavily advertised firms didnt. Glad I found a good local plumber!
Scott & his team at Plumb-It have done a lot of quality work for us over nearly a decade. They are straight shooters and will not try to upsell to pad their pockets. Timely and professional. Scott has even provided guidance and potential solutions when I'm working on an issue. I definitely recommend them. Support local business.
